			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Administrative Assistant to the City Manager Ann Kuzmik has sent out the following notice from City Manger Richard Herbek amending the State of Emergency sent out earlier.</p>
<p>The key points are:</p>
<ul>
<li>No unnecessary travel on City of Newburgh roadways from 9 P.M. tonight, Saturday, August 27, 2011 through Sunday, August 28 at 7 p.m.</li>
<li>City parks will be closed as of 4 P.M. Saturday, August 28 through 7 P.M.</li>
</ul>
<p>The City Manager, Mayor, and City Council also encouraged residents to stay home during the storm, away from windows, skylights and glass doors.</p>
