Five years after renovations began, 96 Broadway is open to the public.
Codes Compliance Director Steve Hunter and Fire Chief Michael Vatter were left messages this evening, September 1.
Update 9/2/11: In an email sent this afternoon, Chief Vatter writes that “[w]e inspected the building today. Violation notices and an order to secure the premises are being prepared.”
