On Thursday, January 29, Debra Bourque, who is the Chief of Administrative Services, New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, Office of Public Safety, presented two awards marking the accreditation of the City of Newburgh Police Department.

Part 1 includes the introductions and greeting by Mayor Nicholas Valentine, remarks by Senator Bill Larkin and Assemblyman Frank Skartados.


Part 2 includes remarks by Debra Bourque, Chief of Administrative Services, New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, Office of Public Safety, and the presentation of a certificate to Chief Eric Paolilli. As reported elsewhere, the presentation was interrupted by Omari Shakur.


Part 3 includes an additional award presentation to Sgt. Daniel Cameron by Debra Bourque and remarks by Chief Eric Paolilli.
